Enjoy the lively streets and swinging bars scattered around the area of Notre-Dame at night and its profusion of culture and entertainment venues where you will enjoy the eclectic programme of events which has everything on offer, from classical concerts to electro music. Take a “breath of verdure” in one of the parks of Grenoble or at the Bastille.
“Waste” all your energies trying out the unique Via Ferrata in an urban environment or hurtle down the ski slopes which are less the thirty minutes from Grenoble.

Open-Air-Short-film Festival (every year), from 7 to 11 July 2009, place Saint Andre: in a convivial atmosphere out in the open, amateurs and professionals will have a chance to see a large selection of short films.
Cabaret Frappé (every year), from 22t to 31 th July 2009, jardin de ville : in the cool fresh air under the trees in the City Gardens, this open-air cabaret will welcome visitors to the sound of jazz bands, world music and “apéro-guinguette”(open air café and dance halls) to dance till late at night every day.
Rock Music Festival Rocktambule (every year), from 9 to 24 October 2009: stages in Grenoble and around host confirmed and young talents from the French and International rock scene.
Les 6 jours cyclistes de Grenoble (every year), from 29 October to 3 November 2009, Palais des Sports de Grenoble.
